A Powerful moss treatment solution with residual protection that provides the best balance of enhanced penetration and lasting protective properties for targeted treatment. Our formulation creates a potent moss-killing application with excellent foaming properties, penetration capabilities, and long-lasting residual protection that reactivates during rainfall without killing nearby vegetation and garden plants.

Our comprehensive formula has multiple modes of action against moss, better surface adhesion, and improved residual protection.

Terms and Conditions

  • While supplies last

  • Apply up to first 1200 sf roof, $0.25 sf thereafter

  • One-Story Height - accessible from all sides 

  • One session is included. May require more than one session if critical

  • Does not include outbuildings or detached garages. Additional rates apply 

  • Gutters clean additional

  • Service valid for composition/asphalt shingle roofs only; specialty roofing materials (tile, slate, cedar, metal) may require different treatment at additional cost 

  • Roof must be structurally sound with no damaged or compromised areas

  • Additional sessions, if needed, will be charged at $0.25 per square foot, per session 

  • Treatment warranty valid for 2 months following service completion 

  • Severe moss infestations may require manual removal at additional cost 

  • Service not guaranteed for roofs with tree coverage exceeding 10% of the roof surface

  • Customer must provide access to water source and electricity if required 

  • All pets must be secured during treatment 

  • Service may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, freezing temperatures) 

  • Company not responsible for any pre-existing damage or leaks 

  • Moss elimination process may take 2-4 months, depending on weather conditions, and may clog gutters or down spouts 

  • Homeowner is responsible for regular roof maintenance following treatment or can sign up for a reduced yearly treatment contract.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if roof conditions present safety hazards

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless prepaid

FIRST AID MEASURES

Eye Contact: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected area with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation occurs, seek medical advice/attention.

Inhalation: Move person to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. Seek medical attention if respiratory irritation persists.

Ingestion: Do NOT induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Seek immediate medical attention.

FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Personal Precautions: Evacuate unprotected personnel from area. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Ensure adequate ventilation.

Environmental Precautions: Prevent entry into waterways, sewers, basements or confined areas. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national regulations.

Methods for Containment/Clean Up: Contain spillage and collect with non-combustible absorbent material (e.g., sand, earth, vermiculite) and place in container for disposal according to local regulations. Dilute with plenty of water.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Precautions for Safe Handling: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid breathing mist or vapor. Use only with adequate ventilation. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
